Return any item* within 30 days for a full merchandise refund or return within 180 days of purchase for store credit equal to the original value of the item(s). Even if it's been washed or worn.
Please Note: Due to current order volume, please allow for extended processing and delivery. Returns and refunds processed during this period will also be delayed.

How To Return
1. Vizuliz.com customers click 'Start Return'. For all Trade, Designer, or Third Party accounts, please reference below for complete return instructions.
2. Be sure to include your Order Number and Email.
3. Retain tracking information until credit is received.

Looking to exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange your item for another size/color/style, etc., we ask that you proceed with a return and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.
Do I need to return my free item with the rest of my order?
Did you receive a free item with your purchase but have to return some other items? If you fall beneath the promotion threshold after returning an item, you will need to return the item product(s) as well. 
If you’d like to keep the free item but fall below the threshold, we will either deduct the cost of the free item from your refund or have you pay for the items.
